DEED RESTRICTIONS AND PLATS

Cape Estes is subject to Deed Restrictions which are recorded in the real property records of Freestone County.

 

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established by the Deed Restrictions to protect the owners in Cape Estes against improper use of lots.

​

The ACC works with the community to support a number of Deed Restriction defined requirements and approvals.

​

ACC members are Sam Hallman, Shayne Johnson and Larry Travis.

GUIDELINES AND APPROVAL REQUESTS

Community members should use the guidelines and review process to plan and approve their next Cape Estes project.
