COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Cape Estes is a residential subdivision which was established in 1995 and is located on FM 416 on the south side of Richland Chambers Reservoir.

 

Cape Estes has 91 lots which includes 38 waterfront lots, 19 lake view lots and 34 off water lots.

Cape Estes is wooded and the lots are approximately a half acre in size.  The roads and boat launch are private and available solely for the use of Cape Estes property owners.

Cape Estes is subject to Deed Restrictions which are recorded in the Real Property Records of Freestone County, Texas.

 

Each lot is subject to the terms of these recorded Deed Restrictions.
